Mooi accept payment for orders online through Paypal which is a safe, reliable and quick way to make payments over the internet. Paypal does not charge customers a fee for the transactions made on our website. You do not need a Paypal account to use this method - simply select the option to pay without a Paypal account at checkout.
Product Quality and Care
All Mooi products are made and finished to a high standard, but as all of the designs are handmade, slight variations can sometimes occur between the items you see on the website, previous orders and those you receive. Colours may also vary slightly due to photography and the settings on your monitor.
All items are quality checked before despatch and leave in perfect condition. Please contact Mooi prior to purchase if you are unsure of any details, size, shape or colour.
Due to the nature of Sterling silver, over time it may tarnish. This can easily be revived using a silver jewellery polishing cloth which may be purchased from the Mooi website. Polishing regularly with a soft polish cloth will help prevent tarnish taking a grip. Silver dips should be avoided as they will remove any antique finish from the jewellery.
Many of the designs are delicate so please store items in their individual gift boxes to avoid items scratching, tangling or tarnishing. I recommend that you check chains, links and clasps regularly to ensure they remain sound.
Avoid spraying perfume and hair spray when wearing your jewellery and remove when cleaning, bathing, exercising or sleeping, as chemical including moisturisers and sweat may tarnish the silver.
I hold stock of materials to make the majority of the designs, however I do not stock any finished designs, unless they are a one-off piece. All Mooi jewellery is made-to-order and will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days (please refer to each item for despatch times). However, all pieces will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a delay for any reason I will contact you.
You will receive confirmation by email that your order has been received and another email once your jewellery has been dispatched.
However, should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact me at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to get the item to you by the required date.
I offer FREE deliveries to UK addresses, at the minute. The orders will be sent 1st class by Royal Mail, which typically takes 1-2 days from the date of dispatch.
Deliveries outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed post. Delivery times for international orders will vary. Please enter the country address at check out for postage costs.
A customs label is now required by law to be attached to parcels posted to addresses outside the UK. Please be aware that customers outside the UK may be required to pay custom duties and we are unable to provide details of what these charges may be.
All packaging is made from eco-friendly materials that can be recycled or are natural and bio-degradable materials.
Your jewellery will come beautifully presented in either an eco-friendly Mooi branded jewellery gift boxes (FSC®-certified cardboard), gift pillow box with bow or cotton pouch.
These are wrapped in eco-friendly tissue paper and packed in a cardboard postal box (which of course, is also eco-friendly).
Gift wrapping is available upon request. If you would like your piece gift wrapped, please contact us for more details.
Items can be sent to the gift recipient’s address at your request. A different delivery address can be added at checkout.
Each piece of jewellery also comes with detailed care instructions.

Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it; if it is faulty or damaged upon delivery then please contact me and let me know within 5 calendar days of receipt along with photos (also include packaging photos if damaged).
Items which are made to order (custom size, personalised or commissions), are non refundable or eligible for exchanges. This is compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) act 2000 which clearly states that made to order items are non refundable. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item, please contact me upon receipt and I will do my best to sort the problem. Items returned with no prior notification may not be refunded.
I will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Items which are faulty will be replaced. Please contact Mooi with details of the fault within 5 days of receipt of the item and return to Mooi in its original condition and in its original packaging. Original condition means that the item is unworn. The item being returned must not have come into contact with any perfumes, hair sprays or other chemicals.
Goods being returned to us are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods that you are sending back. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return all items to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning .
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please CONTACT Mooi within 5 working days and provide an image of the damaged goods. I will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item and arrange for you to return the faulty item to me by post. Should this occur, I will cover additional delivery costs and re-arrange delivery of a new replacement item. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault.
If you suspect a parcel has been damaged in transit, parcels should be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods. This will allow you to verify that the Goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. Should you fail to do this, and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, I may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify Mooi from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
UK Delivery - We unfortunately cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) as this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is handled by more than one postal service. When I send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Personalisation, Finishes and Sizing
Please make sure that all information, such as spellings, sizing and finishes are correct; as I can not accept returns for any error made on you part.
If any of the items are intended for children I advise that they be supervised at all times. Jewellery items contain small parts which may become a choking hazard if swallowed. I accept no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.
All product designs are exclusive to Mooi and remain the intellectual property of Mooi. Mooi reserves the right to use designs in all advertising.
No financial information is stored by this website. The data you disclose to Mooi, such as your name and contact details, will not be disclosed to third parties other than as part of the process to fulfil your order.
