Small - 55mm internal diameter (at widest) with an approx. gap of 23mm
Medium - 60mm internal diameter (at widest) with an approx. gap of 25mm

X Large - 70mm internal diameter (at widest) with an approx. gap of 33mm
The fit can be adjusted slightly by gently pulling or squeezing the cuff around the wrist.
