Payment
Mooi accept payment for orders online using Paypal which is a safe, reliable and quick way to make payments over the internet. Paypal does not charge customers a fee for the transactions made on our website. You do not need a Paypal account to use this method - simply select the option to pay without a paypal account at checkout. 

Delivery
All orders are made to order and will therefore your purchase will usually be dispatched within 1-6 weeks. If timescale is an issue, please contact me prior to placing the order. I will always do my best to help. Orders are dispatched First Class Royal Mail (within the UK) and some items may require a signature. I will send and email with details after the order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy
We hope that you love your new purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email mail@mooi.biz.

Most of the items are handmade to order by Mooi and no stock is held. Items that are made to order are non refundable As all items are made to order and no stock is held, all made to order items are non refundable. This is compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) act 2000 which clearly states that made to order items are non refundable. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item please contact me upon receipt and I will do my best to sort the problem. Items returned with no prior notification will not be refunded.
Items which are faulty will be replaced. Please contact Mooi with details of the fault within 14 days of receipt of the item and return to Mooi its original condition and in its original packaging. Original condition means that the item is unworn. The item being returned must not have come into contact with any perfumes, hair sprays or other chemicals.

Goods being returned to us are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods that you are sending back. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return all items to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning .

Product Quality and Care
All of our products are made and finished to a high standard, but as all of our designs are handcrafted, slight variations can sometimes occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive. Colours may also vary slightly due to the settings on your monitor.
All items are quality control checked before despatch and leave in perfect condition. Please contact Mooi prior to purchase if you are unsure of colour.
Due to the nature of Sterling silver, silver plated and gold plated metal, these may tarnish over time. This can easily be revived using jewellery cleaner cloths or solutions which is available in most department stores or purchased from the Mooi website. If your jewellery has an antique finish, please contact Mooi first for details of cleaning.
Many of our designs are delicate so please store items in their individual gift packaging to avoid items scratching, tangling or tarnishing.
Avoid spraying perfume and hair spray when wearing your jewellery or tiaras, as this can discolour natural stones and pearls and dull the sparkle of crystals.

Packaging
All of our pieces are delivered gift packaged in an appropriate gift box.

Disclaimer
If any of the items are intended for children we advise that they be supervised at all times. In the unlikely event that pieces are broken the beads may become a choking hazard if swallowed and wire can have sharp ends if broken. We accept no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.

All product designs are exclusive to Mooi and remain the intellectual property of Mooi. Mooi reserves the right to use designs in all advertising.
